NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council) works to safeguard the earth, its people, its plants and animals, and the natural systems on which all life depends.

NRDC and its scientists helped pass the strongest climate law in U.S. history in 2022, known as the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Thanks to this law, we are already starting to make real progress against the crisis. These investments delivering the benefits of climate action to more and more people across the country:
