• It costs us $9 per microchip. Stray cats and dogs that enter area shelters including The Haven that are microchipped spend less time and fewer shelter resources thanks to being able to locate their owner due to the chip. Every Haven animal is microchipped.
• The average cost to spay/neuter a Haven adoptable pet is approximately $75. These animals will never reproduce and contribute to pet overpopulation.
